Pre-order and Reservation Guidelines

NEXZ [O-RLY?] POP-UP STORE will be held for a total of 7 sessions a day. You can make a reservation once per person within the period, and if you make an additional reservation with a different ID under the same name, you may be restricted depending on the situation on the site.

Your reservation is valid only for the specific session on the date you select.
◦
Only the person who made the reservation is allowed to enter. Please use your own account when making the reservation, as identity verification will be required at the entrance.
◦
You must enter by 20 minutes before the start of your reserved session.

※ During the entire operation of the pop-up store, online pre-booking and on-site waiting systems will be operated together.

In addition to online reservations, an on-site waiting system will be operated. After visiting the site, you can enter after registering for the waiting system and being called.
◦
For those who wish to wait on-site, you may register through the FANS ON-SITE WAITLIST SERVICE, available daily from 10:30 (KST).

On-site standby reservations may be closed early depending on the on-site situation, and even customers who have completed entry registration may not be able to enter at the last available time.

Please be on site within 15 minutes after receiving the admission call. If you aren't on site after 15 minutes, the reservation may be canceled, so please make sure to adhere to the time.
Notice Regarding Facility Usage

The on-site waiting line will be managed in the order of entry after online pre-registered visitors have entered first.

On-site entry will be determined based on the situation at the venue for each session.
◦
Visitors may visit the pop-up store up to 2 times during the entire period by using the online reservation system once and the on-site waitlist service once. We kindly ask for your cooperation to ensure the smooth and safe operation of the pop-up store.

For the safety and smooth entry of all visitors, we kindly ask for your active participation in following the instructions of on-site staff.
